LED flexible strip - 5m of Pure White
These come in 5 metre reels and can be waterproof or not (which is slightly more flexible).. They consume 2.1 Watts per metre (about 2/3 of a Watt per foot) and add a lovely ambient light. They may fluctuate with the voltage (i.e., if the voltage stays steady, the lights are steady).
You can buy up to 5m (16.5') in one piece; I have the connectors to allow you to go longer or to cut it up into shorter pieces; just email your needs.
12V DC systems can simply add a plug, peel the backing off of the sticky tape on the backside of the strip, stick it in place and you've got light!
110V AC systems will need a suitable power adapter (sold separately; size it to be about 1A of power per metre to be lit up) and a connector that I preassemble for your convenience. I also have ON/Off switches available, too.
