This is serious light. It puts out 329 lumens in both a focused and diffused pattern.
The nylon that the headlamp is made with can be bent or pinched without breaking.
The light sensor is on the back where the battery pack is: when it is dark, the light comes on! As it lightens (or you move into the light), the headlamp automatically dims and turns off, until you go back into the darkness, when it turns itself back on!
It is USB rechargeable with the included micro-USB cable. It comes with two 18650 Lithium Batteries which have a 500 cycle life expectancy. We carry replacements when the time comes.
The headband is strong, durable and has a built-in whistle for safety. It weighs 186gand is completely waterproof.
