It's also very smart: turn it on to the setting you want (high, medium, low) and then after using it for a few seconds, it knows that the next time you push the button, it will turn off. It has a strobe setting, but you have to press and hold the on/off button for 2s to activate it.
The same on/off button also flashes red when you're recharging it and turns green when it is fully charged with the micro-USB cable.
It runs up to 5 hours on the included 18650 lithium battery that can be replaced after its 500 cycle life is over...we stock the batteries, too.
